Meet The Broker

After years of experience of handling multi-million-dollar transactions throughout New York City, Shoshana Tal decided to take her real estate career to the next level. In August 2009, she opened B.H. TAL Real Estate, a firm based upon corporate know-how and professionalism but with the warmth of the neighborhood atmosphere of Brooklyn.

The company camaraderie can be felt in all aspects in the firm. Her fellow agents have thrived under her tutelage. They have all pulled profits, despite the constantly challenging and changing real estate environment.

Shoshana prides herself on her hands-on approach with agents who are newcomers to the industry, always having an open-door policy where she’s available to chat and deliver straight feedback and advice. She’s also always looking to bring on more experienced agents to help develop the firm as it expands its scope.

Just within the first year, B.H. TAL has developed into the top real estate firm in terms of transactions across a wide swath of central Brooklyn. This drive and success is soon to translate into new offices across New York. But in the meantime, Shoshana offers real estate expertise spanning both sides of the East River.

Among her more notable real estate transactions in Manhattan was a $30,000/month rental in the AOL-Time Warner Building just after its 2003 opening. Further downtown, she was the exclusive broker at the Gwathmey Siegel building, 240 Park Avenue South. Shoshana sold out 98% of the building in less than one year. Condos in the building ranged from $1 million to $10 million. In Brooklyn, luxurious brownstones with floor-to-ceiling woodwork have been part of her portfolio.

Both sellers and buyers can benefit from her extensive expertise of the New York City real estate market; connecting buyers to their dream property and sellers to the best customers to take over their former homes. Her customer base is at once international and local; covering investors and young families looking for a place to call home. She’s always accessible to her customers and is ready to guide them through every step of the process. Plus, given her experience and contacts in the real estate market, she has at the ready a network of mortgage advisers and real estate attorneys to ensure all goes smoothly.
